Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Childrens Apparel Designer to design stylish, safe, and sustainable childrens wear using organic cotton fabrics. You will work on a project or collection basis, collaborating remotely with product development and sourcing teams to bring thoughtful, high-quality designs from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design childrens apparel collections using organic cotton and sustainable materials.

  • Create detailed design sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Research global childrens fashion trends, colors, prints, and eco-friendly innovations.

  • Develop seasonal themes, fabric selections, color palettes, and trims suitable for children.

  • Prepare and review tech packs, size specs, and construction details for sampling and production.

  • Coordinate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
