Freelance Online Data Analyst (English Language)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Freelance Online Data Analyst to support our global research and quality teams. In this role, you will analyze, categorize, and validate large sets of English language data to improve AI models, search engine relevance, and market research accuracy. This is a 100% freelance, remote position that offers the ultimate flexibility to work whenever and wherever you choose, provided you meet the project deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate English language datasets (text, search queries, or social media content) for accuracy and relevance.

  • Annotate and label data based on specific project guidelines to train machine learning algorithms.

  • Perform sentiment analysis and intent classification on various types of consumer feedback.

  • Conduct web-based research to verify the factual accuracy of AI-generated responses.

  • Provide detailed qualitative feedback in English regarding data patterns or inconsistencies discovered during analysis.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Linguistics, English, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Language: Native or near-native English fluency (written and verbal) is mandatory.

  • Experience: Prior experience in data labeling, content moderation, or market research is highly preferred.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret nuance, slang, and cultural context within the English language.
