We're seeking a highly skilled freelance technical content writer with a demonstrated experience in the B2C & B2B software segments to join our creative team. Your primary focus will be on conversion-focused copy that covers the full breadth and depth of our digital sales funnel, including product pages, landing pages, search ads, in-product screens, and emails. You will also be instrumental in establishing Mobi Systems as an authority in the office space through LLM-optimized blog content covering all pain points and aspirations of our target audience. Your responsibilities: Work in a cross-functional team consisting of content writers, SEO & digital marketing experts, product managers, product designers, software developers, and sales specialists to expertly cover all stages of the marketing funnel Create, update, and maintain digital & benefit-driven copy like product pages, landing pages, email funnels, in-app messaging, seasonal promo campaigns, and more Ensure consistency and maintain brand integrity and compliance across all content channels as per the internal brand messaging guidelines Own the blog post creation process by writing new content targeting popular user searches, updating old articles to ensure they stay relevant, working with our in-house designers to create on-point imagery, and suggesting content ideas Use and learn our products inside out – you need to fully understand what you are writing about and how our software is useful to the end client Keep up with the latest SEO-friendly content and digital marketing trends – you need to know what makes our users tick Role requirements: At least 5 years of technical content writing experience in a software-related field Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal) Proven record of excellent writing for a SAAS audience via a professional portfolio Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) A confident editor with strong attention to detail and an eye for typos, misspelled words, confusing syntax, and grammatical errors Ability to transform complex software topics into accessible bite-sized insights Quick learner – you are expected to stay on top of internal product documentation, new product features, and evolving marketing strategies Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising or a related field will be considered an advantage Knowledge of SEO best practices (+ ability to work with tools like Semrush/Ahrefs) will be considered an advantage What we offer : Fully remote position: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere, anytime Learning opportunities: Continually improve your skills with our frequently hosted internal trainings and shared resources Paid national holidays: Your national holidays are considered non-working days (depending on type of contract and location) Flexible contract agreement: work with us full-time or part-time while also being free to pursue your entrepreneurial ventures If you are interested, please send your CV in English, only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
