Front Desk Receptionist – Job Vacancy for Freshers in Delhi – Office-Based Role

Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is currently seeking a friendly, well-spoken, and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our organization. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers looking to start their careers in a professional office environment. You will manage front-desk activities, provide administrative support, and ensure that our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

  • Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and maintain visitor logs.

  • Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and clients in person or via phone/email.

  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry when required.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.

  • Handle office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional appearance and a pleasant demeanor.

Experience

  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • Sundays Off
