Front Office Receptionist – Corporate Office Role

Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our corporate office. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-office environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments

  • Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces in a neat and presentable condition

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and deliveries

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings

  • Handle basic administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining visitor logs

  • Support HR and Admin departments with clerical tasks as required

  • Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors for replenishment when necessary

  • Ensure front desk security procedures are followed, including visitor sign-in and staff identification protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Professional appearance and a pleasant demeanor

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business matters

  • Dependable, punctual, and highly organized

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer-facing administrative role

  • Experience working in a corporate or MNC environment preferred

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • Occasional weekend availability may be required for special events or business needs
