This role requires you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed. Relocation assistance not available for this role.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop and evolve the end-to-end training strategy and New Warehouse Management curriculum in partnership with senior executives to identify educational gaps and strengthen Fulfilment team and Leadership understanding of system requirements.</li><li>Identify training and development gaps during deployments and enhance support by creating current, relevant training materials and classes using internal and external resources.</li><li>Manage the Warehouse Management System Program before, during, and after deployment of the new system.</li><li>Track system enhancements and business unit requests to prioritize scope, level of effort, and timelines with the appropriate business teams.</li><li>Partner with engineering, IT, vendor teams, P&O, and Subject Matter Experts to support requests, projects, changes, deployments, and training updates.</li><li>Lead the Fulfilment Intern Program and regularly communicate program updates and progress to all levels of leadership through meetings and presentations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years of experience in Training and/or Program Management</li><li>Prior experience developing or supporting training programs and program management initiatives</li><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field<br><br></li></ul>Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
