Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive video consultations to assess and diagnose dermatological conditions, formulating tailored treatment plans that may include the prescription of medications.
  • Collaborate closely with a board-certified dermatologist, ensuring all clinical decisions are in alignment with best practices and current medical guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with established clinical protocols and actively participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in dermatological care.
  • Engage with patients to address their clinical inquiries, providing clear medical guidance and empathetic support throughout their treatment journey.
  • Render clinical services for a diverse range of dermatological issues, such as acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, and hair loss, bringing high standards of care to each patient.

Qualifications
  • A valid Nurse Practitioner state license in good standing.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is required; further specialization or a Master’s degree in Dermatology is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of direct dermatology experience in a dedicated practice.
  • Strong clinical acumen with a proven ability to diagnose and treat a variety of dermatological conditions independently.
  • Expertise in utilizing telehealth platforms and managing electronic medical records.
  • Current knowledge of the latest treatment methodologies, dermatological medications, and clinical best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills to foster strong patient relationships and collaborate effectively with healthcare team members.
  • Experience with minor dermatological procedures, such as biopsies or excisions, is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 125,000 to USD 250,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
