Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels (email, live chat, and phone) in a professional and timely manner.

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers concern, determining the cause, and offering effective solutions.

  • Document customer interactions and update account information accurately in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Provide product knowledge and troubleshooting guidance to customers.
