As the newest member of Tesla\'s Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission \'to accelerate the world\'s transition to sustainable energy\' and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. This programme has a strong focus on potential rather than academic achievement, and you\'ll receive expert career mentorship from industry professionals who are passionate about helping you succeed every step of the way.

We are currently offering upto 10 total Future Talent Trainee vacancies across our following UK locations.

    Please note the final stage of this recruitment process will be an in-person group assessment day (hosted at select locations) in mid-February 2026.

What You\'ll Do
This is your chance to enrol onto our in-house fast-track programme schedule, providing you with a challenging, yet exciting, hands-on opportunity to rotate around all our core departments. Your progression & performance will be reviewed at each key department rotation, equipping you with all the tools & skills required to succeed, and allowing you to further grow and develop your skills beyond the 12-month programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated self-starters who thrive in taking accountability for their own learning & development to: support key business functions and projects, meet and exceed targets, and contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to drive real change.

As part of this single fast-track programme, you\'ll have the opportunity to experience all our following core business functions. Whilst this format may change be subject to business needs, the core departments you can expect to experience include:

  • Front of House: Helping provide an excellent experience to visitors, customers and employees
  • Delivery: Assisting customers upon vehicle collection to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Parts: Supporting the non-technical service team in sourcing & allocating vehicle parts
  • Virtual Prep: Assisting customers ahead of their scheduled service visits (learning to diagnose faults, and/or educating customers)
  • Service: An introduction to performing our most common vehicle repairs
  • Sales: Supporting & educating customers during their initial purchase journey
  • Elective Rotation: The final stepping-stone. This rotation will correlate with your potential future role post-programme.
    Your journey doesn\'t end with the programme. Working alongside our people-focused leadership team, subject to your performance & progression during the programme, you\'ll have the opportunity to map out your potential future career trajectory within Tesla. Upon completion of the programme you will be given the opportunity to apply for any available full-time roles that align with your strengths and aspirations.

What You\'ll Bring- Holding a Full UK or EU Driving Licence for at least 1 year by the time of start date
- Eager to embrace a fast-paced multi-departmental programme with unyielding enthusiasm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly, open demeanour with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- An excellent multi-tasker with proven problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain professionalism and always represent Tesla in a positive manner
- Willingness to travel to different Tesla locations and/or events on a regular basis
- Not be in full-time education when the programme starts (we are also currently unable to hire gap year students)
