Del Taco is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead restaurant operations and drive team success. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and achieve operational and financial goals while maintaining Del Taco brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficient and successful execution
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and leaders
  • Create a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture
  • Drive restaurant performance through labor management, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
  • Ensure food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards are consistently met
  • Monitor sales, profitability, and operational metrics to achieve business goals
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
  • Address guest concerns professionally and create positive customer experiences
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and ongoing development

Qualifications:

  • Previous restaurant management experience required
  • General Manager or leadership experience in QSR or fast casual preferred
