Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a German Night Shift Customer Support Agent (Fully Remote) to join our international support team. As part of our 24/7 support operation, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the German-speaking region, providing professional and courteous assistance via email, chat, and phone. Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in German and English through multiple communication channels (email, chat, and phone).
