Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a German Night Shift Customer Support Agent (Fully Remote) to join our international support team. As part of our 24/7 support operation, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the German-speaking region, providing professional and courteous assistance via email, chat, and phone. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in German and English through multiple communication channels (email, chat, and phone).

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related queries.

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further support.

  • Record all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.

  • Collaborate with other departments (technical, billing, and operations) to deliver seamless service.

  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and performance targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in written and spoken German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.

Working Hours
