Global Account Manager, Enterprise Services

Job Description:

  • Serve as the main NVIDIA liaison for Dell Technologies Services worldwide, and recognize, coordinate, and advance shared priorities with Dell’s CIO and SVP-level leadership.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives to inform Dell Services teams about NVIDIA AI solutions and our value propositions.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and teamwork to craft, align, and refine joint service offerings, methodologies, and packaged solutions.
  • Partner with Dell Services sales and consulting teams to identify and develop service opportunities powered by sophisticated technology.
  • Support joint account planning and pipeline development to accelerate AI adoption.
  • Assist in strategic deals by providing mentorship on solution positioning and customer value.
  • Work closely with delivery and support teams to ensure successful implementation and customer happiness.
  • Collect field feedback to inform NVIDIA's product, partner, and services strategy.
  • Track key performance metrics related to service engagement and revenue impact.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of proven experience in business development, alliances, or services sales within enterprise technology.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise AI/ML, data center infrastructure, and cloud ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with services organizations, including consulting, deployment, managed services, and support models.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience working with or within large global system integrators or OEM partners, with Dell experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and partner leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • A self-starter with a collaborative approach and strong execution focus.
  • Increased Dell Services pipeline and revenue tied to NVIDIA-powered solutions.
  • Improved hands-on readiness and enabled greater autonomy within Dell Services teams.
  • Growth in customer adoption of joint services offerings.
  • Measurable impact on deal acceleration and win rates.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. A Master’s degree and/or MBA or equivalent experience is desirable.
