  • The PRS Platform team, based in Warwick, RI, is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support global marketing execution across product management, marketing asset development, and event planning.
  • This role is critical in enabling consistent international execution, supporting global product initiatives, ensuring high-quality marketing materials, and delivering impactful congresses and educational programs worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Management & Commercial Support
Enable Execution Of Global Product Strategy And Commercial Initiatives
  • Support coordination of product launches and lifecycle management activities
  • Prepare materials for business reviews, strategic planning, and commercial programs
  • Manage product-related documentation, samples, and field support needs
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between global strategy and regional execution
  • Support development of sales tools and product messaging to drive adoption
  • Marketing Asset Development & Management
  • Coordinate development, review, and deployment of marketing and sales enablement assets aligned with global campaigns
  • Coordinate development, review, and deployment of marketing assets aligned with global campaigns
  • Lead the internal approval process for all assets, ensuring alignment with legal, Medical Affairs and Regulatory
  • Ensure strong brand consistency and compliance across regions
