What the job involves

  • As Senior Manager of Product Management for Trust Experience you will define and drive Etsy’s long-term product strategy to strengthen marketplace integrity and member safety, leading multiple teams that build systems to protect our users

  • The Path to Remediation: You’ll partner with senior leaders across Trust and Safety, Risk and Fraud Engineering, Legal, Operations and other Product teams to ensure that when we get it wrong, we give our users a path to remediation and when we get it right, users understand why

  • Account Integrity: You’ll define a strategic roadmap to improve our account identity understanding of buyers and sellers and to ensure their accounts are protected, yet easily recoverable for legitimate users

  • Nuanced enforcements and incentives: You will drive innovation on enforcement actions that signal trustworthiness and provide incentives for sellers and buyers to course correct their behavior
