About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to help scale our paid media efforts through AI-powered creative and performance-driven thinking. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative, with a strong interest in digital advertising, emerging AI tools, and social platforms.

  • Develop and iterate on ad creatives using AI tools (e.g., image, video, and copy generation)
  • Support campaign execution across awareness channels including YouTube, Pinterest, Meta, and TikTok
  • Assist in building, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
  • Test new creative concepts, messaging angles, and formats to improve engagement and reach
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align on campaign strategy
  • Stay up to date on platform trends, AI tools, and best practices in digital advertising

  • Available to work a M-F 5-day work schedule between 8am-5pm
  • Willing to commute 5x per week to PMHQ in Redwood City, CA
