You’ll own our ad campaigns on Google, Meta & Linkedin, experiment with new growth levers, and help us optimize the full funnel, from ad click to conversion.<br></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Search , Meta Ads and Linkedin Ads</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyzing performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and making data-driven optimization decisions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborating with design and content teams to create ad creatives and landing pages that convert.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Running experiments to improve website conversion rates and lead quality.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Helping test new organic channels (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Instagram) to expand our growth footprint.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Staying ahead of performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our growth engine sharp.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Owning day-to-day social media across our Platform Engineering brands by building systems to automate scheduling, defining a clear social strategy</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Tracking social performance and continuously iterating on formats, hooks, and posting cadence to improve reach and engagement over time.<br></p></li></ul><h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong interest in AI and automation, ideally with hands-on experience using AI tools and workflow platforms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing numbers, spotting trends, and acting fast.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Some experience managing social media calendars and understanding content performance metrics.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Curious, experimental, and proactive. You like testing new formats, learning fast, and iterating often.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent written and spoken English.
