Liderar la evolución del ecosistema de aplicaciones: Power BI, integraciones, CRM (Salesforce) y nuevas funcionalidades. Recoger, analizar y priorizar las necesidades del negocio, asegurando su correcta traducción a soluciones técnicas. Coordinar proveedores, partners y colaboradores externos, garantizando calidad y cumplimiento.

Participar en tareas de desarrollo, revisión de código y colaboración técnica con freelance y partners. Tomar parte en proyectos internacionales dentro del grupo. Alinear procesos de negocio y soluciones tecnológicas en un entorno industrial en constante evolución.

Proyectos nacionales e internacionales Experiencia sólida trabajando con Microsoft Dynamics 365 F O o Business Central. Perfil principalmente funcional, con background técnico y capacidad para entender y abrir código. Fuerte visión de procesos, análisis y gestión de requerimientos. Buen nivel de inglés para trabajar en un entorno internacional.

Experiencia previa en entornos industriales o de manufactura, altamente valorada. Persona resolutiva, adaptable y acostumbrada a entornos dinámicos y de alto ritmo. Buscamos un/a Responsable de Aplicaciones para liderar y evolucionar el ecosistema Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance Operations o Business Central).

El rol está pensado para perfiles con visión funcional y base técnica, que quieran asumir el ownership real del ERP y convertirse en la persona de referencia en aplicaciones dentro de la organización. Se trata de una posición clave para conectar negocio y tecnología en un entorno industrial exigente, con múltiples retos y alto impacto desde el primer día.
