Head of Marketing — Remote (Worldwide, US Time Zone)

ABOUT HANNAH'S GIFT

We're an ABA company that gets kids into autism therapy in 3 weeks, not 6 months. We serve families in Colorado, Maryland, Utah, and Ohio — in-home and in-school. Remote-first team.

THE ROLE

You will BE the marketing function — not part of it. Reporting directly to the founder, you'll own everything that brings families to Hannah's Gift.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Social media A to Z across every platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) — strategy, posting, community
  • Meta Ads campaigns (this is a requirement — you must have run them yourself)
  • Google Ads, landing pages, funnels
  • Creative ideas we haven't thought of yet — bring them
  • Hire and manage freelancers as the function grows
  • Weekly reporting on what's working

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Hands-on Meta Ads experience (non-negotiable)
  • Strong execution and ownership — you ship things, you don't just manage them
  • Background in ABA, home care, pediatric therapy, autism services, or home health (strongly preferred)
  • Strong written English
  • Remote — must reliably work US business hours (9am-6pm Eastern Time). Open to candidates anywhere in the world where this is sustainable.

COMPENSATION

Base salary + very high performance bonus. You get paid per client that comes in through both paid and unpaid marketing. The better you are, the more you make. There is no ceiling.
