RESPONSIBILITIES Lead all onsite contractor personnel and manage readiness, training, schedules, conflict resolution, and daytoday team oversight. Coordinate all shared Tier 2 operational activities with the Communications Squadron and the Communications Focal Point and escalate Tier 3 matters to the Operations Engineering Lead. Prepare and deliver upgrade and proficiency training for Communications Squadron personnel for both legacy and modernized network environments.

Tailor training programs provided by the PMO Operations Manager to meet basespecific operational, facility, and mission needs. Coordinate with Civil Engineering, Safety, Environmental offices, and Security Forces for access, compliance, and safety requirements. Manage baselevel operational schedules including maintenance windows, cutovers, change execution, and restoration activities.

Maintain privileged access rosters and ensure compliance with all base access and authorization controls. Validate AMF and IUID asset records and provide accurate inputs for SLA and performance reporting. Provide daily operational updates to the PMO Operations Manager and coordinate with the Infrastructure Deployment Manager to deconflict modernization and operational activities.

Identify and escalate operational risks early and coordinate mitigation actions with PMO and Communications Squadron leadership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Seven (7) years experience leading onsite technical teams and field personnel Seven (7) years experience IT Service Management Incident response/Incident Management Expertise DoD 8140 IAT II baseline certification such as Security Plus CE. Ability to manage a twentyfour hour oncall rotation. Must have an active Secret clearance CERTIFICATIONS DoD 8140 IAT II baseline certification such as Security Plus CE.
