This is just the beginning.</p><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p>As a our Head of Sales, Canada, you will lead a high-performing sales team to make Kempower the preferred infrastructure partner across North America. This role requires a blend of "boots-on-the-ground" deal execution and "boardroom-level" strategic planning.</p><p><strong>YOUR IMPACT:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Vector Ownership:</strong> Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for the Canadian market. You’ll identify regulatory shifts and competitive moves before they hit the mainstream.</p></li><li><p><strong>P&L Responsibility:</strong> You own the revenue and the margins. You'll ensure deal structures are aggressive enough to win but built for long-term serviceability.</p></li><li><p><strong>Regional & Global Synergy:</strong> Collaborate with Regional and Global Teams to integrate regional market intelligence with global product roadmaps to ensure we win as a single, synchronized organization.</p></li><li><p><strong>High-Stakes Execution:</strong> Lead multi-million dollar RFP/RFQ processes and MSAs with the largest players in the EV space.</p></li><li><p><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Maintain 100% data integrity in Salesforce. We rely on your predictive forecasting for global resource planning.</p></li><li><p><strong>Team Architecture:</strong> You aren't just a manager; you’re a mentor. You will recruit, onboard, and coach a technical sales force to navigate complex utility interconnections and power distribution discussions.</p></li></ul><p><strong>WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>8+ years</strong> of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within EV charging, renewables, or heavy-tech infrastructure.</p></li><li><p><strong>Vertical Expertise:</strong> Deep knowledge of the Canadian regulatory landscape.</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical Fluency:</strong> You can hold your own discussing load balancing, power distribution, and charging standards (CCS/NACS).</p></li><li><p><strong>The "Owner" Mindset:</strong> Experience managing a P&L and a track record of translating field feedback into product requirements.</p></li><li><p><strong>Willingness to Travel:</strong> Up to 50% to be where the deals happen.</p></li><li><p>Located in Toronto or Quebec areas.</p></li></ul><p><strong>WHY KEMPOWER?</strong></p><p>We believe in integrity.
