Who are you?

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care for our residents by assessing their health needs, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and offering continuous support and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess residents\' health needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and monitor care plans to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents and their families.

Qualifications:

  • License/Certification:Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid certification, valid CPR certification
  • Experience: Previous experience in nursing home, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
