You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and clinic operations positions nationwide, helping attract and hire the talent that keeps our health centers running successfully.</p><p></p><p>This is a fast-paced role that combines sourcing, relationship management, workforce planning, and recruiting strategy. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting plans, build candidate pipelines, and guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process.</p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
