Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Advertising Operations Manager to serve as the primary exchange operations point of contact for our APAC business. This role will work closely with both Supply and Demand teams to maintain marketplace quality, optimise exchange performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive operational excellence across the region.

The ideal candidate brings strong SSP or exchange experience, deep technical understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced AdTech environment.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the primary APAC point of contact for exchange operations across demand and supply teams
  • Monitor marketplace health, traffic quality, campaign delivery, and exchange performance metrics
  • Manage and resolve operational issues impacting buyers, publishers, and platform performance
  • Work closely with SSP, DSP, agency, advertiser, and publisher partners to investigate and resolve technical challenges
  • Analyse bidstream, delivery, and performance data to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Support onboarding and operational integration of new demand and supply partners
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to improve exchange functionality and operational workflows
  • Create and maintain operational dashboards, reporting, and documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase marketplace efficiency and quality
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex operational and technical issues within the APAC region

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Market Quality, Exchange Operations, or Programmatic Operations within an SSP, Ad Exchange, DSP, or similar AdTech environment
  • Strong understanding of RTB, programmatic advertising, SSPs, DSPs, and exchange dynamics
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills with the ability to analyse large datasets
  • Experience troubleshooting campaign delivery, bidding, targeting, and marketplace quality issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering

Preferred

  • Experience supporting Mobile, CTV, Video, or Omnichannel advertising environments
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation tools
  • Experience working in a global AdTech organisation
