We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary of a competitive salary.   We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Computer Vision Engineer and a proven track record of working on U.S. Army or U.S. federal government projects or DoD. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in applying AI and machine learning (ML) techniques to real-world problems, and the ability to navigate the complexities of defence and federal environments... You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions using advanced AI/ML models for mission-critical projects. Position Sr Computer Vision Engineer Duration Full-Time Location Remote Work Experience Minimum of 2 years (relevant experience) Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML algorithms and computer vision models for defence or federal government projects. • Design and train deep learning models for object detection, image segmentation, and feature extraction in high-security environments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust solutions for real-time video and image analysis. • Optimize AI models to meet stringent performance, accuracy, and scalability requirements in compliance with government standards. • Ensure that AI solutions are compliant with security protocols, including those mandated by the U.S. Army and other federal entities. • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and computer vision technologies and apply them to ongoing projects. • Document AI models, processes, and results in line with government regulations and project deliverables. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred). • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on computer vision technologies. • Proven experience working on U.S. Army or federal government projects, with a deep understanding of the defence/federal landscape. • Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. • Expertise in computer vision techniques such as object detection, facial recognition, and image segmentation. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. • Hands-on experience with tools like OpenCV, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn. • Strong understanding of government security standards, compliance, and data handling. • Experience deploying AI models in secure, real-time, and cloud-based environments. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
