Role Description

Carrot is seeking a Sales Associate who is responsible for identifying and generating high-value opportunities for our Account Executives to close. The Sales Associate will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact. This role will be primarily focused on researching the Target Accounts in their territory and performing outreach through emails, calls, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year of in Sales experience (in any industry/capacity)
  • Fast learner who craves knowledge

  • Clear history of diligent process and clear follow-up abilities
  • Experience persevering despite challenges
  • Experience with sales tools (SalesLoft/Outreach, Salesforce, SalesNav, etc.)

Requirements

  • 6-9 months of experience as an SDR
