Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality personal care to service users in their own homes

  • Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming

  • Support service users with meal preparation and feeding, if required

  • Administer medication according to care plans and training protocols

  • Monitor and report changes in health, behaviour, or wellbeing

  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients mental health

  • Help with light household chores including laundry and tidying up

  • Maintain accurate records of care provided

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Adhere to GracePath Healthcares safeguarding, confidentiality, and health & safety policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature

  • Basic understanding of health and hygiene practices

  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions

  • Must be physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks

  • Valid passport and eligibility for UK visa sponsorship

  • Willingness to undergo a DBS (criminal background) check

Experience:

  • Previous experience in home care, health, or social care is preferred but not mandatory

  • Comprehensive training will be provided for all new recruits

  • Candidates with prior experience in caregiving, nursing, or community support roles will be given preference

Working Hours:

  • Flexible shifts available: Morning, Evening, Weekend, and Overnight

  • Full-time and Part-time positions

  • Minimum 35 hours per week for Tier 2 Visa applicants
