This role acts as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership, supporting both field and corporate teams. You will lead employee relations efforts, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and drive people strategies that align with business goals. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, strategic decision-making, and the ability to coach leaders through change and growth.   Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to managers and leadership on people-related matters Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations, with a focus on risk mitigation Conduct investigations into sensitive issues and document findings Ensure compliance with employment laws and consistent application of company policies Act as a subject matter expert on policies, advising leadership on effective and consistent application Use HR data to identify workforce trends, support decision-making, and provide actionable insights Support initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
