About the role

We are seeking a talented HR Executive to join our dynamic team at PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Administering HR processes and procedures including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits and performance management
  • Providing employee relations support and resolving HR-related queries and concerns
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR database
  • Supporting HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive HR-related objectives
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or shared services environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous learning and development
