HubSpot Onboarding Specalist

Open Flow is looking for a data-driven HubSpot Specialist who will drive the optimization and performance of our client’s HubSpot accounts and projects.

We're looking for a HubSpot Specialist who is well-versed in the steps and priorities associated with setting up, configuring, and training users to use HubSpot effectively. The primary function in this role is to help implement or optimize HubSpot and integrated tools to enable our customers’ teams.

Having high-powered HubSpot technical skills in this role is a must, primarily this role will involve taking customer requirements, developing solutions, and working with our internal HubSpot development team to execute HubSpot builds to ensure those goals are met.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced HubSpot user who is a self-starter, but also works well as part of a production team. You must be very organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and meet reasonable deadlines. You will be required to provide daily and weekly project status updates to management.

Proven experience managing HubSpot accounts, including experience with migrations, integrations, onboarding, and CRM principles are a must. Salesforce, Zoho, Keap, GoHighLevel, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads Display Ads, PPC, SEO, Native Ads, Clickfunnels, LeadPages, WordPress, Wix, CMS systems and the general principles are strongly encouraged.

CRM Experience: Salesforce, HubSpot, Ontraport, Infusionsoft/Keap, Active Campaign,

CMS: WordPress, WebFlow, ClickFunnels, Shopify, Wix, Leadpages

Project Management: ClickUp

Analytics: Google Analytics (Advanced), HotJar

Visualization: Data Studio, Tableau
