Human Resources Assistant

<p>Orgenesis is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the Human Resources department in delivering efficient and professional HR services across the organization. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, training coordination, and employee relations activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic biotechnology environment.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be passionate about worldwide.</p><hr><h2>Essential Responsibilities</h2><h3>Human Resources Administration</h3><ul><li>Provide daily administrative support to the Human Resources department.</li><li>Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.</li><li>Process employment-related documentation including new hire paperwork, status changes, and terminations.</li><li>Ensure employee records remain accurate, complete, and confidential.</li><li>Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.</li><li>Assist with maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.</li></ul><h3>Recruitment & Talent Acquisition</h3><ul><li>Assist with posting job openings on company and external job boards.</li><li>Screen resumes and applications for minimum
