Influencer Marketing Manager

You will play a pivotal role in designing and scaling a high-performing, data-driven influencer & creator network to drive revenue growth through TikTok, DTC,and social commerce channels. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, program management, community-building expertise, and deep knowledge of flat-fee influencer sponsorships (tied to ROI goals) and performance-based affiliate marketing. You will be responsible for scaling creator partnerships, optimizing affiliate program structures, building engagement mechanisms, and ensuring that creator-driven content directly impacts GMV growth.

The ideal candidate has a track record of launching, managing, and optimizing large-scale influencer programs, understands how to structure flat-fee influencer sponsorships that drive measurable and direct ROI, properly leverage and scale affiliate marketing models, and has deep expertise in video commerce, social commerce, and live shopping. You will directly report to the Head of MyyShop U.S., and work with the creator team to ensure high efficiency in creator outreach, onboarding, activation, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership & Network Activation
  • Drive GMV growth through the activation of creator networks, influencers, and affiliates across DTC, DHgate, TikTok Shop, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging social commerce platforms.
  • Develop and execute a scalable affiliate creator strategy , ensuring rapid creator onboarding, activation, and retention to reduce the time from partner launch to revenue generation.
  • Build, activate, and nurture a high-impact community of creators with a focus on engagement, conversion-driven content, and long-term loyalty.
  • Recruit and activate creators experienced in Live Shopping , ensuring they align with the brand’s target audience and product offerings.
  • Leverage merchandising strategies to match the right creators with the right brands and price points, using data-driven insights on audience demographics and purchasing behaviors.
Collaboration and Team Development
  • Work directly with the Creator Success team, helping them optimize workflows, and staying aligned with performance expectations.
  • Establish and scale creator partnership best practices, helping ensure an efficient and high-performing team.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, results-driven team culture that prioritizes innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Regularly align OKRs, and regularly provide feedback, performance insights, and growth opportunities.
Community Building & Gamification
  • Design and implement gamified engagement strategies to incentivize creator participation and optimize performance.
  • Build, manage, and utilize a CRM or proprietary creator engagement platform (e.g., Discord, Circle, or Mighty Networks) to foster community interaction and engagement.
  • Implement loyalty and incentive structures that drive retention and ongoing participation in affiliate and social commerce programs.
  • Leverage retargeting, audience segmentation, and social amplification strategies to optimize conversions from creator-generated content.
Program Management & Operations
  • Develop a best-in-class, scalable influencer program, including recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and optimization.
  • Own and oversee a cross-functional program management workflow, collaborating with marketing, data science, engineering, and product teams.
  • Optimize operational efficiencies through automation and strategic workflow design, ensuring the program can scale efficiently.
Performance Analysis & Data-Driven Strategy
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs that measure the success of creator activations, affiliate campaigns, and GMV performance.
  • Partner with data science and analytics teams to build dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into creator performance.
  • Leverage third-party data and campaign management platforms (e.g., Captiv8, Sprout Social, CreatorIQ, AspireIQ, and Impact Radius ) to monitor, optimize, and scale creator-driven campaigns.
  • Conduct extensive experimentation (A/B testing, creative iteration, etc.) to identify high-impact content formats, creator segments, and audience engagement tactics.
