Influencer Marketing Manager (Creator Partnerships, UGC, Growth)

About the Role

RemoteHunter is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our creator partnerships and influencer growth programs across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This role owns influencer strategy, execution, and performance for a fast-growing career tech / SaaS platform focused on remote job discovery.

You will manage the full influencer lifecycle, creator sourcing, briefing, content review, performance tracking, and optimization with a strong focus on UGC-style content that drives conversions, not just awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships
  • Own end-to-end influencer marketing strategy for RemoteHunter
  • Build and scale creator partnerships in job search, career growth, remote work, and productivity niches
  • Manage influencer onboarding, contracts, usage rights, and deliverables
  • Develop repeatable systems for sourcing, briefing, and managing creators
Campaign & Growth Execution
  • Launch and manage influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with Growth and Performance Marketing teams on UGC and paid amplification
  • Test messaging, hooks, formats, and creator styles to improve CTR and conversions
  • Ensure influencer content aligns with brand voice, product positioning, and growth goals
Content Review & Quality Control
  • Review and approve influencer content before posting
  • Provide clear feedback to improve storytelling, CTAs, and performance
  • Ensure content accuracy, platform best practices, and compliance
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
  • Track influencer KPIs: views, engagement, CTR, conversions, CPA
  • Identify top-performing creators and formats
  • Share insights to inform future influencer, UGC, and paid social strategy
  • Support post-campaign reporting with actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager, Creator Partnerships Manager, or similar role
  • Experience managing influencers for SaaS, consumer tech, marketplaces, or digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of UGC, TikTok-first growth, and short-form video performance
  • Proven ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong creative judgment and attention to detail
  • Experience working with performance metrics and growth KPIs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in career tech, job boards, HR tech, or education platforms
  • Experience scaling influencer programs from early-stage to repeatable growth channel
  • Familiarity with paid social, whitelisting, or creator content amplification
  • Experience working in remote-first or distributed teams
