Influencer Partnerships Coordinator

Position Overview

The Influencer Partnerships Coordinator supports and manages the organization's influencer and ambassador programs, expanding the brand's presence across digital platforms through authentic relationships and impactful storytelling. This role is responsible for day-to-day influencer communication, contract and deliverable management, product gifting coordination, and campaign reporting. Key functions include maintaining organized workflows and ensuring all influencer content aligns with broader marketing initiatives and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, ambassadors, and creator partners.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships that foster long-term alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create and distribute campaign briefs outlining expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Track deliverables to ensure all commitments are completed accurately and on schedule.

Contracting &
  • Program Administration

  • Draft, organize, and maintain influencer agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Facilitate contract approvals and coordinate with internal stakeholders on terms and legal alignment.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, renewals, and influencer performance data.

Gifting &
  • Product Coordination

  • Direct gifting initiatives by identifying talent, coordinating product selections, and managing shipment logistics.
  • Process product orders for influencer campaigns and strategic gifting efforts.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to support launches and seasonal seeding lists.

Performance Tracking &
  • Reporting

  • Track campaign metrics, including reach, engagement, and content performance.
  • Compile regular influencer performance reports for leadership review.
  • Utilize data insights to recommend optimizations and proposed campaign budgets.
  • Evaluate campaign outcomes to provide actionable recommendations for program improvement.

Creative &
  • Campaign Collaboration

  • Review influencer content for brand alignment, aesthetic consistency, and messaging accuracy.
  • Partner with Product, Media, Paid Ads, and Social teams to integrate influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Support the planning and coordination of influencer presence at events, tournaments, and brand activations.

Project Management &
  • Organization

  • Update project management systems with campaign progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain organized workflows that streamline influencer operations and communication across teams.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media management.
  • Experience managing influencer communication and coordinating multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator culture, and digital content trends.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with sports, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with email automation, CRM systems, and digital asset workflows.
  • Knowledge of pickleball culture or community-driven marketing.
