A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for the Instructional Designer. Full-time Contract Duration 2Months (Extension of contract is highly possible) Location REMOTE As Instructional Designer , You Will 7 YOE of Instructional Designer experience. Mastery of tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator. S eeking a dedicated Instructional Designer to join our team for a complex project. As an individual contributor, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement high-quality instructional materials. Collaborate virtually with subject matter experts to create simplified instructional materials for online courses focused on clinical trials. Design and revise storyboards, simulations, and multimedia elements that enrich the learning experience. Ensure alignment of instructional content with learning objectives, design principles, and best practices for effective online learning. Manage timelines and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of course materials. Bachelors degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or related field preferred. Minimum of 7 years in instructional design with a focus on creating interactive content. Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator. Exceptional strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a cross-functional environment. Preferred Experience In Biotech/pharmaceutical/GxP Or Other Highly Regulated Industries. Demonstrated experience in developing training content. Mastery of tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator. Excellent skills with strength in project management.
