What We Are Looking For ME, EE, CE/CS, BA, IT, Marketing Eager and willing to learn and ability to adapt to new challenges. Passion for the Automotive Industry Good typing, word processing and communication skills. Knowledge of plant manufacturing operations. Ability to work well with others with minimum supervision. Effective problem‑solving ability and hands on. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Mechanically inclined. General understanding of Engineering Drawings and ability to interpret them (specific to Engineering Internships). Knowledge in statistics, FMEA, Control Plan APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, DOE and product and process capability (preferred) Basic knowledge of manufacturing process (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that are required to build relationships with team members (preferred).
