Role Overview

As an Investment Analyst Intern at INCUBE, you will be embedded within our finance and strategy team, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world investment analysis, financial modeling, and direct engagement with investors. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about finance, startups, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse and interpret INCUBE's financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Build and maintain financial models to track performance metrics, revenue projections, and cost structures.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Growth Monitoring & Strategy

  • Track key growth metrics and KPIs to evaluate business performance across product lines and markets.
  • Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing strategic growth reports and presentations for senior management.

Investor Relations & Meetings

  • Support and participate in investor meetings and pitch presentations.
  • Prepare investor decks, information memorandums, and due diligence documents.
  • Maintain and update investor databases, track communication history, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in drafting investor updates, newsletters, and correspondence.

Valuation & Investment Research

  • Perform company valuations using DCF, comparables, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Research industry trends, sector developments, and macroeconomic factors relevant to INCUBE's business.
  • Assist in evaluating potential strategic partnerships, investments, or acquisition opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex data clearly.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience or exposure to investment banking, equity research, or startup ecosystems is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Self-starter with a passion for startups, investing, and business strategy.
