Job Description:

Investment Associates at UMB are experts at building client relationships and recommending financial products and services. Investment Associates leverage their product knowledge and every client interaction to identify needs and provide financial solutions that help clients achieve long-term financial well-being while making banking simple and efficient.

In the capacity of an Investment Associate, you will receive extensive training on UMB’s product suite, sales techniques, and financial solutions. Close collaboration with UMB leaders provides mentorship and shared expertise to enhance your skills.

Organizing and structuring your daily schedule:

  • Using customized questioning techniques to turn transactions, account maintenance tasks, and routine service requests into cross-selling opportunities that strengthen client relationships
  • Proactively generating sales leads by contacting prospects, visiting businesses to offer workplace banking solutions, and building referral networks
  • Effectively managing multiple priorities while meeting daily key performance metrics
  • Following standard procedures for transactions, cash drawer management, and completion of bank documentation in compliance with industry and legal requirements

  • You can obtain NMLS registration within 90 days after meeting eligibility requirements
