The Senior Software Engineer must be an expert in designing and engineering software solutions and demonstrate mastery of test-driven design and quality engineering practices. Conducts peer reviews to oversee code quality and has superior capability to evaluate and remediate software issues. Mentors junior developers in standard coding and testing practices. A senior software engineer works with other technologists, business areas and oversees a large inventory of customized technical solutions. Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Work as software development specialist with clients, analysts, and junior software engineers to oversee custom solution quality and compliance with coding standards and best practices.</li><li>Ensure consistency in application of technology architectural technology (e.g. Apache Sling Models, CRX – Content Repository, OSGi, or JCR).</li><li>Develop and mature automated and manual quality gates within the software development lifecycle to ensure compliance with software engineering standards.</li><li>Update specific coding standards as necessary.
