Salario: 30.000 € - 35.000 € Tipo de contrato: De duracion determinada Jornada: Jornada Completa Años de experiencia: Sin Experiencia Grupo Crit selecciona incorporación de Responsable de mantenimiento de grúas en importante empresa del sector.

Funciones principales Planificación y Organización: Programar y asignar tareas de mantenimiento (preventivo, correctivo, predictivo) y reparación para asegurar el flujo de trabajo. Gestionar recursos, materiales e inventario. Establecer y controlar órdenes de trabajo y reportes de producción.

Supervisión y Ejecución: Dirigir y supervisar al equipo de operadores, mecánicos y personal técnico. Realizar inspecciones de calidad y diagnosticar problemas técnicos complejos. Asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos de reparación y en-trega para la satisfacción del cliente.

Gestión de Personal y Seguridad: Formar, orientar y motivar al equipo de trabajo. Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y salud laboral, proporcionando planes de emergencia y equipos.

Mejora Continua: Detectar oportunidades de mejora, implementar nuevas tecnologías y métodos de trabajo. Monitorear tendencias del sector para optimizar procesos.

Responsabilidades Específicas Controlar la operatividad y disponibilidad mecánica de los equipos. Gestionar y coordinar servicios externos y repuestos. Reportar métricas clave de mantenimiento y producción.
