About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Channel Manager to join our growing team. This key role will be responsible for optimizing product listings and managing sales on the Amazon marketplace. The ideal candidate is a data-driven individual with a strong understanding of Amazon's selling environment, a passion for e-commerce, and a proven ability to drive sales growth on the platform. This is a part time opportunity, 5-10 hours a week. We have several, related part time opportunities which can be combined for the right individual. Key Responsibilities: Product Listing Maintenance • Create, optimize, and maintain high-quality product listings, including compelling product titles, descriptions, and high-resolution images. • Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels are maintained on Amazon. • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions on the Amazon platform. Amazon Sales Management • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement in product listings, pricing, and promotions. • Track key performance indicators. • Generate regular reports on Amazon sales performance and provide insights to the team. Channel Compliance • Ensure compliance with all Amazon Seller policies and guidelines. • Stay up-to-date on Amazon's latest policies, updates, and algorithm changes. Qualifications: • Proven experience in managing product listings and sales on the Amazon marketplace. • Strong understanding of Amazon's selling environment, including Seller Central and related tools. • Experience with Amazon advertising (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Passion for tennis and/or pickleball is a plus.
