Great perks; breakfast, lunch, dinner and in office snacks daily!</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Sort mail, such as returned letters, adjustments, bills, orders and payments; Dispose of junk mail</li><li>Utilize mail and package delivery system to log all incoming mail.</li><li>Resolve issues with incorrect, returned mail</li><li>Process outgoing shipments (Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL and USPS); Weigh mail to determine correct postage</li><li>Receive outgoing packages, mail and apply correct postage; Arrange for pickup of outgoing mail</li><li>Triage all incoming work order tickets from CMMS systems and assign to correct delegate.</li><li>Ability to handle light office tasks such as photocopying and printing.</li><li>Regularly communicate with vendors such as property management and parking services to process waivers for employees for building related services.</li><li>Handles ordering and inventory control for technology, shipping, and office related supplies.</li><li>Replenish PPE, First Aid, and all office supplies with scheduled cadences at designated stations throughout office.</li><li>Completes inspections and audits of janitorial team procedures; provides feedback to vendor on areas to improve.</li><li>Support for setups of onsite meetings, events, and leadership visits.</li><li>Support other tasks related to success of mission critical work for business.</li><li>Attention to detail with a discerning eye for excellence.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. A focus on effective teamwork, with the capability to thrive in an autonomous environment.</li><li>Willingness and ability to be on-call to address critical incidents as and when they arise. #gowhereyoureneededmost</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Require </strong></p><ul><li>1+ years’ experience supporting facilities, hospitality or mailroom/processing shipments and mail</li><li>Experience working with FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS pick up/delivery policies - either personally or work experience.</li><li>Able to weigh mail (Work with incoming mail) and also to determine correct postage.</li><li>Must be comfortable wearing multiple hats; interested in supporting events as needed(setting up chairs et) ordering inventory for office related supplies etc</li><li>Able to learn ticketing systems to track work orders (CMMS ticketing/work order systems)</li><li>Some understanding of handling work orders that come through in ticketing systems- ex employee needing to something shipped etc.</li><li>Must have worked in a role that required knowing how to priories</li><li>Must be very organized ( to do list etc) to complete tickets and urgent matters before end of the day</li><li>Requires a “can do” and “get it done personally”; not putting things off</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb up to 10 ft. ladders.</li><li>Ability to perform on call duties and overtime as required.</li><li>Able to support other office duties/teams and comfortable supporting other tasks on occasion.</li><li>Must pass standard background check</li></ul><p></p>
