Junior Art Promoter

Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Junior Art Promoter to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about visual arts and eager to support emerging artists while promoting innovative projects. You will work alongside a collaborative team to amplify artists visibility across digital platforms, art fairs, exhibitions, and social campaigns. This position is perfect for someone with a flair for art marketing, event planning, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for artists and art events.

  • Manage social media platforms and curate engaging content to highlight artworks and exhibitions.

  • Coordinate with artists, galleries, and media outlets for interviews, features, and press releases.

  • Help organize both physical and virtual art showcases and promotional events.

  • Conduct research on art market trends, audience engagement strategies, and creative opportunities.

  • Design basic promotional materials (flyers, posters, digital invites) in collaboration with graphic designers.

  • Monitor campaign performance using basic analytics tools and provide reports on engagement.

  • Act as a liaison between the company and potential clients, collaborators, and sponsors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (or pursuing) in Fine Arts, Art History, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong social media management skills (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, influencer outreach, and email campaigns.

  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.

  • Passion for the arts, creativity, and an eye for visual storytelling.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in arts promotion, social media marketing, gallery coordination, or event planning.

  • Internships, volunteer roles, or freelance experience in the art or creative industry will be considered.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours (with some availability required during art events or launches).

  • Standard working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (with adjustments for exhibitions or deadlines).

  • Occasional weekend or evening availability during events or art fairs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of art genres, contemporary trends, and cultural relevance.

  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or basic design tools is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Creative mindset and a proactive approach to promotional activities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional yet artistic demeanor.
