Responsibilities: We are looking for a proactive Junior Finance Analyst with a strong data orientation to contribute to our financial analysis and reporting processes. Your responsibilities will encompass: Data-Driven Insights: Extracting actionable insights from extensive and intricate data sets, enabling informed decision-making. Workflow Development: Creating efficient data processing workflows to enhance our reporting capabilities and streamline data accessibility. Data Structuring for Efficiency: Assisting in structuring data to optimize the efficiency of extracting pertinent business information. Data Auditing and Resolution: Auditing data to identify and resolve potential data quality issues, collaborating closely with the Data team to ensure swift resolution. Proactive Reporting: Proactively providing actionable reports to business stakeholders based on data analysis, aiding in strategic decision-making. Analytical Problem-Solving: Conducting thorough analytical deep-dives to analyze and resolve complex financial problems effectively. Financial Modeling: Assisting in the creation of financial models to forecast relevant KPIs for the Finance department, contributing to strategic planning. Skills: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: SQL Proficiency: Fluent in SQL for efficient data querying and manipulation. Excel and Analytical Skills: Excellent command of Excel and strong analytical capabilities for data interpretation. Data Analysis Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar data analysis function. Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of P&L and Cash-Flow concepts. Project Management in a Fast-Paced Environment: Experience handling multiple priorities and projects within a dynamic setting. Proactivity and Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently, knowing when to escalate issues or seek support. Communication and Data Presentation: Strong communication skills with the ability to present data effectively to various stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to delve into analytical investigations. Educational Background: Preferred, minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
