Junior Receptionist

Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Junior Receptionist to join our growing team. This front-line role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for all clients, visitors, and internal staff. As a Junior Receptionist, you will manage front desk operations, answer queries, route calls, and provide administrative support, ensuring seamless communication and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.

  • Maintain the front desk area in a neat and presentable manner.

  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain visitor logs.

  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors about company services.

  • Support other departments with clerical tasks such as photocopying, data entry, and filing.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.

  • Monitor office supplies and report stock levels to the administration team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (essential).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Well-organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize duties.

  • Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor.

Experience

  • 0–1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Occasional weekend availability may be required depending on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of office administration and basic clerical procedures.

  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and switchboards.
