Summary

We are looking for a young, energetic, results-oriented fresh graduates to join our Sales team. You will be the face of Samsung at the ground level, ensuring our cutting-edge Digital Appliances products reach our customers through strategic retail partnerships and direct consumer engagement. This isn't just a sales job; it’s a fast-track opportunity to learn in established MNC environment.

This role will report to Regional Sales Manager (Penang Based).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Penetration - Drive sales growth within assigned dealers / retail customers and optimizing existing account performance.
  2. Performance Tracking - Meet and exceed monthly Sales-Out targets. You will analyze sell-out data to identify gaps and implement immediate recovery plans.
  3. Relationship Management - Build strong, professional rapport with dealers and retail partners to ensure Samsung remains their preferred brand.
  4. Market Intelligence - Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and promotions, providing real-time feedback to the management team.

Our requirements :
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field. Fresh graduates with ‘thrive’ mentality are encouraged to apply.
  • A "can-do" spirit. We value positive mindset, curiosity to learn, and a strong work ethic over years of experience.
  • Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills.
  • Mobile & agile. You enjoy being on the move with active presence in the field visiting outlets and engaging with the market directly.
