About the Opportunity

This role will be responsible for managing and growing our business across their customers, delivering volume, net revenue, and trade targets. This position also ensures alignment with Tropicana Brands Group’s goals and initiatives. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and deliver fact-based selling presentations aligned with customer needs and priorities
  • Maintain and analyze financial planner using Excel modeling for valuation and scenario planning
  • Monitor business trends to identify gaps and drive execution against plan
  • Lead account management for national foodservice customers and distributors
  • Manage distributor relationships to optimize retail execution and performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, strategy, category management, marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain
  • Travel to customer headquarters and internal team meetings as needed
  • Tackle ambiguous problems and prioritize business strategies effectively

The Perfect Blend:

  • 3+ years of direct selling experience to foodservice distributors and operators, preferably for consumer-packaged goods brands
  • Strong financial acumen and Excel modeling skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute short- and long-term strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Foundational Ingredients:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be located in WNY (Buffalo/Rochester area) or willing to relocate for the duration of employment
  • Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fully remote position, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations as needed.

  • Travel up to 20% outside of WNY

The salary range for this position is 87,000 – 120,000 annually.
