Key Account/Sales Executive

  • Key Account Support & Coordination
  • Support the Key Account Manager in managing the assigned major retail account
  • Act as a key operational contact for the customer on listings, promotions, and documentation matters
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on customer requests and internal action items
  • New Product Listing & Range Management
  • Coordinate new product listings, including submission of product details, pricing, barcodes, and required documents
  • Track listing approvals, timelines, and first shipment execution
  • Maintain updated product assortment and SKU listings for the account
  • Sell-Out & Performance Monitoring
  • Monitor sell-out performance by SKU and category
  • Prepare regular sales and sell-out reports for internal review
  • Identify underperforming SKUs and highlight opportunities or risks
  • Trading Terms & Commercial Tracking
  • Maintain and track trading terms, promotions, rebates, and other commercial agreements
  • Ensure accurate tracking of promotional spend and agreed commercial mechanics
  • Support reconciliation of claims and commercial deductions
  • Statements of Account & Billing Support
  • Prepare and update Statements of Account (SOA) for the key account
  • Coordinate billing documents, invoices, credit notes, and supporting documentation
  • Liaise with Finance and Order Processing to ensure accuracy and timely issue of documents
  • Promotion & Campaign Execution
  • Execute agreed promotion plans in coordination with Trade Marketing
  • Ensure promotions are set up correctly (pricing, timing, mechanics)
  • Track promotion performance and prepare post-promotion summaries
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and stock availability
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations on delivery timelines and stock issues
  • Support internal meetings and customer presentations with data and materials
