<div><b>Resp & Qualifications</b><br/> <br/><strong>PURPOSE:</strong> <br/>The purpose of the Lead Data Analyst, Pharmacy is to execute pharmacy business objectives with data and ensure alignment with the goals of Pharmacy and the overall vision of the company. The individual leads the design, development, and delivery of analytics solutions by defining data requirements, analytical approaches, reporting processes, and governance practices needed to address current and future analytics needs of the pharmacy business. This role provides thought leadership and serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in selecting and applying appropriate analytical methods and in translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for pharmacy SMEs, business leaders, and executive audiences. <br/><br/><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong><br/><ul><li>Develop and maintain recurring reporting, executive-ready dashboards, and data presentations that support day-to-day pharmacy operations, key reporting milestones, and leadership decision-making. Create clear narratives and visualizations that communicate results, trends, and operational performance.</li><li>Define and interpret statistical and analytical outputs to help pharmacy business leaders derive measurable meaning and value aligned to key pharmacy goals. Apply appropriate quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-method approaches to answer business questions and support operational and strategic decisions.</li></ul><br/><ul><li>Based on pharmacy business needs and goals, develop hypotheses and research questions; define scope and implementation roadmaps to address prioritized analytics needs. Ensure analytic work is structured, documented, and aligned to business outcomes.</li><li>Define and develop analytic frameworks, data definitions, and data governance methodologies to achieve pharmacy business data and analytics goals. Promote consistency in metric definitions and reporting logic to ensure trusted, reproducible analytics.</li><li>Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand pharmacy business goals, data requirements, and solution dependencies. Coordinate inputs across teams (e.g., Finance, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance, Strategy) and communicate progress, constraints, and key decisions required to deliver analytic tools and insights.</li></ul><br/><ul><li>Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand pharmacy business goals, data requirements, and any solution dependencies, risks, or issue to develop analytic tools, capabilities, and services such as segmentation, modeling, dashboard development, decision aids, and business case analysis to support the organization.</li></ul><br/><ul><li>Support retrospective analysis and reconciliation-oriented workstreams by investigating variances, documenting resolution pathways, and enabling transparency into performance and financial outcomes across pharmacy initiatives. </li></ul><br/><br/><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:</strong><br/>Position does not have direct reports but is expected to assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff. May lead a team of matrixed resources.<br/><br/><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong><br/><br/><strong>Education Level</strong>: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.<br/><br/><strong>Experience:</strong> 8 years experience in an progressively responsible analytical/quantitative role. <br/><br/><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br/><ul><li>5 years Progressive experience relating to data analytics/data analysis. Experience developing dashboards and executive reporting deliverables.</li><li>Experience in healthcare industry.</li><li>Working knowledge of data governance, data modeling, data management, and data curation principles and their practical application.</li><li>Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders and leadership roles. </li><li>Working knowledge of Conceptual data and cloud architecture - understands major native data components in Azure and/or AWS and their relationships and use cases.</li><li>Mastery of relational database theory include SQL and at least one major RDBMS.</li><li>Experience with multiple analytics delivery tools, methods, and platforms including PowerBI and/or Tableau.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Big Data/NoSQL Platforms with experience delivering production projects at scale.</li><li>Understanding of Advanced Analytics use cases and the applications of AI/ML for predictive analytics.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)</strong><br/><ul><li>Ability to train others. </li><li>Quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Knowledge and understanding of analytical tools, languages, applications, platforms such as SAS, Excel, SQL. </li><li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. </li><li>Ability to learn quickly and take direction. </li></ul><br/><br/>Salary Range: $99,144 - $196,911<br/><br/><b>Salary Range Disclaimer</b> <br/> <br/>The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed.
