Position Summary As the Lead Director, Aetna Operations Enablement Insights & Reporting, you'll be responsible for executing and advancing analytics and reporting capabilities within Service Operations, translating strategic priorities into actionable insights. You'll partner closely with business leaders to deliver timely, decision-driving analytics that improve performance across operational, financial, and experience metrics. You will drive the development of scalable reporting solutions, ensures data quality and integrity, and leads a team focused on delivering high-impact insights. In this role you will bridge strategy and execution by operationalizing analytics priorities into measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of analytics and reporting strategies that support Service Operations performance management and decision-making. Translate business needs into actionable reporting, dashboards, and insights across operational, financial, workforce, and experience domains. Deliver and continuously improve performance reporting (e.g., scorecards, dashboards, monthly/weekly reporting routines) with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and usability. Partner with Operations, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to identify analytics opportunities and drive data-informed decisions. Manage and evolve reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to enable self-service insights for business stakeholders. Ensure data integrity, quality, and adherence to governance standards across reporting and analytics outputs. Identify root causes and performance drivers, delivering insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience. Lead and develop a team of managers, analysts, and SMEs, fostering strong analytical capabilities and accountability for outcomes. Drive process optimization by reducing manual reporting, improving automation, and increasing speed-to-insight. Support the execution of performance management routines (e.g., operating reviews), ensuring readiness of insights and materials. Contribute to advancing analytics capabilities, including adoption of new tools, methodologies, and data sources. ***This position can be hybrid or remote. Candidates can live anywhere in the US.*** Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, operations, or business intelligence roles. Experience in healthcare (payer, service operations, claims, contact center, or provider operations preferred). Demonstrated experience delivering analytics solutions and reporting that drive business decisions. Strong proficiency in analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, cloud data platforms). Proven experience leading teams, including managers and/or senior analysts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making experience. Experience collaborating across functions and influence stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with advanced analytics techniques (predictive modeling, machine learning). Exposure to large-scale analytics transformation or modernization initiatives. Experience working with data governance, data architecture, or enterprise data platforms. Education Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree in a quantitative field or MBA preferred. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
